Our high quality hemp products are being grown and processed in Colorado. The products are of the best Quality, Consistency, and we have the Capacity to meet your needs and expectations. Our hemp program is wholly compliant with Section 7606 of the Agricultural Appropriations Act of 2014, better known as the 2014 Farm Bill that was signed into law by former President Obama in February of 2014.
In the USA, the legal definition of hemp is: “INDUSTRIAL HEMP — The term ‘‘industrial hemp’’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.” This means it’s now legal to grow hemp in the USA and that processors can legally use the trichome rich flowers to create and market hemp products if done pursuant to the 2014 Farm Bill.
Quality: All hemp is not equal. Low grade industrial hemp from Europe, China, and Canada has mostly low CBD and is often full of impurities including toxic heavy metals. Our superior organic hemp is bred for high purity and pharmacological value, yielding high CBD, with less than .03% THC and broadest spectrum of supporting cannabinoids and terpenes, providing whole plant extraction with highest bioavailability. Our Hemp flower is independently tested to be certain it contains the highest possible CBD, broad cannabinoid spectrum, essential terpenes and flavonoids free of heavy metals, any impurities and without pesticides of any kind.
Consistency: We cross-breed specific strains of our hemp cultivars using genetic sequencing in our R&D facility. Using chromatography, we then analyze the compounds in our Organic hemp to be certain of their content. By using reliable, consistent methods to produce plants with the same genetics we are able to guarantee a consistent product.
Capacity: Over 50,000 lbs. of Organic hemp flower was produced on our organic hemp farms in Colorado this year and expect our next crop to be larger. We have the capacity to meet the demands of even the largest buyers, guaranteeing delivery of the best high CBD broad spectrum cannabinoids available.
Process: Great emphasis is placed on our sustainable and proprietary Full Spectrum extraction process. The process slowly extracts the CBD and the other cannabinoids without the use of solvents or chemicals. We adhere to pharmaceutical-level protocols for pure plant essentials at every stage of the seed-to-oil process, from cultivation to extraction and handling to production. Our steady, repeatable processes are crucial to our progress and quality and set the bar for manufacturing our extractions, raw materials and botanical trims into finished goods for our clients.
Quality Assurance: We assure our excellence through specific protocols, principles and GMP practices at the highest levels in the following ways:
- Developing a high quality proprietary strain of hemp to have superior genetics and containing high levels of CBD and other cannabinoids.
- Cultivating our plants in purist soil never using pesticides or plant sprays of any kind to ensure they develop a broad spectrum of CBD and supporting cannabinoids and terpenes, while keeping the levels of THC less than .03%.
- Submitting our hemp flower to certified, independent labs for analysis to be certain of not only the cannabinoid content but to be assured of the absence of heavy metals and impurities.
Testing Methods: We use several methods for testing our different raw materials and extractions at our in-house, state-of-the-art laboratory. We use test results to indicate cannabinoid levels in each extraction, testing the active and inactive forms of the THC and CBD molecules. We also test our CBD/cannabinoid extractions utilizing the 92 data point Medicinal Hemp Association's CBD/cannabinoid product criteria for quality assurance and comparisons with other market leading medicinal hemp productions.
